[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test XML file fixed

Hi,
Facing a problem with the Scheduled Post in this Theme Unit Test XML file.

The post is scheduled to be published on 1970, and that is probably why
this post got published immediately when I imported the XML file in a
completely new install today.
