[theme-reviewers] Possible footer link violation and Open Graph issues

Thanks for a quick fix Mario! It's also cool that you guys removed "SEO
optimized" from the list of advertised features in the theme description.

To continue on the og: issue, I scanned all the currently approved themes
in the directory, out of 1739, only nine contain references to og:*
properties:

* columbus (addressed in a pending update)
* comicpress
* easel
* grey-opaque
* manchester
* rumput-hijau
* tampa (also oddressed)
* weaver-ii
* wpsimplicity
