[theme-reviewers] Submitting themes based on existing themes, about child themes

hi Chip,

the discussion is too hard for me to understand.

well, since my theme is not-approved because of the reason i mention.

i think it's save for me to assume that it is not allowed.

just to make sure the ethical perspective of pro-lite version of theme in
wp.org
never like the idea, but think it's a good business opportunity.
i think it's time for me to adapt to this system.
