[theme-reviewers] Theme/Plugin Directory Consistency in re: SIL OFL GPL Compatibility

Just a heads-up: SIL OFL is now formally considered as GPL-compatible for
fonts in the Plugin directory:
http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/wpdailyco/~3/dWva-WlY0QU/

I believe that should resolve any remaining licensing policy differences
between the Theme and Plugin directories; hopefully that will eliminate
some licensing ambiguity/confusion.
