[theme-reviewers] Priority #3 Queue

Good afternoon, Theme Reviewers,

The Priority #3 Queue could use some love:

While we have no tickets older than two weeks (yay!), we have 32 older than
one week. It would be awesome if we could hammer on Priority #3, and keep
the Priority #2 Queue (tickets older than 2 weeks) empty.

Also, our recent push got the overall queue below 50, but it's now back up
to around 75. I'd love to get, and keep, the queue down well under 50, if
we can.
