[theme-reviewers] New version of Theme Unit Test

I got the offset error only because I forgot I had deactivated my importer.
I did however experience the failed to import tag and menu slugs. As Cais
stated there were a few changes the biggest one being the use of only two
authors and a few changes in images used.
