[theme-reviewers] Delete simple-wp-community-theme from the repository

Hi Otto,

Please could you transfer the theme to the user nofearinc and make him to
the theme author,

I just got a message from him and he ask me to take it over.

I'm really happy someone will continue contribute to the theme and give it
an update.
