[theme-reviewers] Tinymce button that only adds css codes.. still plugin territory?

All of those uses of an anchor link can already be styled by the Theme,
without the need for <span class="foobar"></span> wrappers.

The question we're asking is why does *your Theme* need the user to inject
a button link into the post content? If YOUR THEME does not have a
*specific purpose* for injecting a button link into the post content, then
injection of an arbitrary button link for an arbitrary purpose is outside
the scope of the Theme.
