[theme-reviewers] Masked URLs as Credit Links

Good morning Theme reviewers/developers!

Just a quick note, that I would have assumed would go without saying, but
I'm finding the issue cropping up more and more: masked URLs (e.g. bit.ly,
wp.me, etc.) are not appropriate for Theme credit links.

Please do not use them, and do not approve Themes that use them.
