[theme-reviewers] Sliderkit jquery plugin with themes

Themes are not allowed to de-register core-bundled jQuery in order to
bundle a different version. There are too many other things potentially
dependent upon the specific version bundled with core (including the admin
area, and any Plugins users may install).

Note: I'm not seeing jQuery 1.9 listed as a dependency here. Am I missing
it?
