[theme-reviewers] Question about removing default widgets

Yup. It goes without saying that any core-replacing functionality has to 
keep up with the core functionality it's replacing, of course :) So if a 
reviewer sees a theme has 'upgrade' widgets that haven't been tested for 
the current version of WordPress, they need to be checked.
