[theme-reviewers] Push live request

It takes as long as responding to the email as it would to push a theme live for someone.    If he went in and checked and saw 20 themes that needing to be pushed live; he could have spent 5 minutes and they would all now be live.

And if they dont have time? 

If you rely on being pushed live directly then maybe you need a different 'buisness model'.

There’s no reason to wait 7 days for anything, if you have the time to push them live, it would behoove you to do so, telling the theme developers this is just lazy and inappropriate.

  Can't understand why some themes go live once approved, while some others must wait a week. This really affects the visibility in http://wordpress.org/themes/browse/updated/ list, IMHO
