[theme-reviewers] Push live request

[TwoBeers Crew]

18 themes of 40 in the "Approved Themes Not Yet Live" queue are waiting 
for 7 days (or more) to be pushed live. Should every submitter send a 
mail to this mailing list for a "push live" request? If so, here's mine

Can't understand why some themes go live once approved, while some 
others must wait a week. This really affects the visibility in 
http://wordpress.org/themes/browse/updated/ list, IMHO

Anyway thanks to all reviewers/admin for your precious work! seriously
