At a first glance - the theme should not include words "WordPress" or
"theme" in it's name.

As far as your question: The tickets are reviewed by their order in the
queue, first in first out. The trac tickets themselves are arranged in
groups by priority, fo first are reviewed themes in #1 then #2 and so on.
Your theme is completely new and as such it is in Priority #4 - which
requires about 3 , 4 (or more) weeks in wait.

At the mean time check the Theme Review Codex
http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review and follow the requirements.
