[theme-reviewers] Custom Post Meta and Link in Theme Description

The end of to the HTML in theme descriptions question, I my memory serves
me correct, was it is allowed, but you should inform the author that it
will not be parsed as html in theme directory itself. It will be parsed as
HTML in /wp-admin/themes.php, but there are better ways of getting links in
there.
