[theme-reviewers] Theme ads widget/ code/custom contact form using template

Hi,

It was my first review, so just wanted to confirm. The following theme
allows ads widget, putting custom code in head/body and custom contact form
using page template.

Although all are presentation nature but I think all this belong to plugin
territory? so theme should not be approved.
