[theme-reviewers] Where is "closed-newer-version-uploaded" Action?

Can anyone review priority 1? Wasn't it discussed that Admins would review theme so that they can be pushed live immediately after review?
I thought the drive on priority 2 was so that we can get the long que down to a respectable and manageable level.

You're certainly allowed to do so. The best/easiest way to do so now is simply *not* to close the current ticket. That way, when the developer uploads a new version, it is appended to the existing ticket, and you can simply continue the review in that ticket.
