[theme-reviewers] How to propose theme for WordPress.com

I wonder *how to propose theme[s] for WordPress.com theme repository?*

If I'm not wrong, themes approved in WordPress*.org*, if matched the
guideline for WordPress*.com* (if any), then can be proposed for *.com* too
