[theme-reviewers] Logo upload instructions

Should themes that provide the option to use a logo instead of the site title and description indicate the instructions of how to use this feature in the same page where the option is? Taking in consideration that the options page already supporting the "Help" tab. Or indicating it in the readme.txt file is ok?
