[theme-reviewers] Reg. Image scaling

Hello,

 

In my theme the container for featured image is wide and set to display
images at width :100% and height: auto. Now if a user uploads an image with
smaller width than the container it stretches to fit the width of the
container. This is important to make the theme look good. 

 

I wanted to know If this is allowed in a theme hosted in the Repo?
