[theme-reviewers] Ticket that smells spamish...

Is this theme that I'm reviewing a complete clone of a popular theme? I
can't place were I've seen this code before, but its eerily similar to
something. Maybe its just all generic themes look the same on the inside.
If anyone has a second to take a look at it, I'd appreciate it.
