[theme-reviewers] Miss-linking or name clash?

Hello team,
I'm about to review this ticket: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12779
As you can see the theme is attached/linked with two other unrelated themes which were never approved, neverre-submitted as far as I can tell as they are not in the repository. Should I ignore the two other themes and carry on with the review or do I treat this as a theme name clash falling under the "Themes are not to use related Theme names (e.g. WP Twenty Eleven, Twenty Eleven WP, The Twenty Eleven, etc.) in their name." http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#Theme_Name or is that in relation to the default themes only?
