[theme-reviewers] New Theme: nano blogger

I'm not really seeing anything wrong with the name "Nano Blogger".

It's the words "template", "skin", "theme", and similar that shouldn't 
really be used because they're redundant.  It's like saying, "I'm using 
the Cool Theme theme".
