[theme-reviewers] Theme Tag: Responsive

As long as we can extrapolate those to actual resolutions. We want to
support screen resolutions, not the devices themselves.

When testing responsive Themes, is there any reason to test anything other
than the minimum resolution? Do the intermediate resolutions need to be
tested discretely?
