[theme-reviewers] The word "Responsive" in theme name?

No one seems to object to WP Responsive. However, since Responsive is a WP
theme, perhaps reconsider renaming to something like: "Abhik Responsive",
"Triple Responsive", "Double Responsive", "Responsive Self", "Adaptive
Responsive" or whatever you prefer.
