[theme-reviewers] Specialty themes?

Perhaps so - but the reason this mailing list exists is for developers and
reviewers to ask questions. It should be a given that doing anything
intentionally to bypass/trick the uploader is frowned upon, and rather than
doing so, one should ask here first.
