[theme-reviewers] Default images, Twitter demo, and an option to remove credit link?

#1: for consistency: yes, all default images must be generic. We have to
have such restrictions because otherwise they *would* get abused. So, the
people like you would *not* abuse the use of such images end up more
restricted in what images can be used. As the images aren't intended to be
promotional, but demonstration-only, surely there are some generic images
that would suffice?

#2: Perhaps use the "WordPress" twitter feed?

#3: Having a footer logo image is just fine. Footer credit links are not
required to be user-configurable. If there's both a text link and a
separate logo image link, the reviewer may reasonably request the developer
choose one or the other.
