[theme-reviewers] Theme review questions

Hi,

I am currently reviewing two themes
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15711 and
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15713 both by IncThemes. They have
a blue banner over the theme options page where is promoted the premium
version of the theme and I am not sure if that is ok. Also the first one
- ToomMorel Lite has a previous ticket related to the theme options, they
changed them but I am still not 100% sure if they are fine according to the
wordpress.org rules.
Can someone help me with info about this?
