[theme-reviewers] Regarding a Strange Behaviour

That's somewhat of an ongoing discussion. There's no real consensus or
objective standard.

I will say, though: you're going to be hard-pressed to find a non-generic
term that isn't used *somewhere*. I think the claim that "Parallax" is not
appropriate because there's a slider script by that name is a stretch.
