[theme-reviewers] Regarding a Strange Behaviour

@Rohit At first yes it would definitely sound fishy, however as you said
Theme was submitted by a regular Themer and no harm, no foul from
either side :)

@Christine no worries, Theme did not made to WPORG, you're all good.
Plus, Themes from the trac are usually not removed anyways.
