If you're on Windows, give TortoiseSVN a try. It will read the Unified Diff
file you can download from the diff in the ticket, and it's actually (imho)
easier to read the diff that way.

In Linux, I prefer KDE so I use  KDESVN. I'm sure there are SVN clients for
Gnome as well.
