[theme-reviewers] Theme/Author URI question

Hello!

I have a theme, where I struggle with Theme/Author URI. Authors website (
organiksoft.com) is SEO firm, so it's not acceptable as Author URI. The
author asked me this: would it be acceptable if they created a subpage
within their company website, dedicated to the theme and use it as Theme
URI and also use as credit link in footer?
