[theme-reviewers] Tags and description.

Seems I missed some heated discussions in my year of absense...


How about a codex page explaining the tags. What exactly is a "featured image header" compared to custom header and flexible header.  Sometimes its not obvious.

I know brother man. Values are worth nothing lately and please believe me when I say that. Ideas? I have them every few hours. Great and not so great. There's one thing for sure. You will always find a douche who will shut you down out of the gelaousy of some sort, or simply because he/she doesn't even understand or there is a troll or two around. When this changes, we will be #1. Till that time, enjoy the bumpy ride. So yes, support is still nogo.

Credit goes to you for the idea whether you see that as a positive or not, but once the idea is out it's a collective idea that is no longer your own. From what I remember, most theme authors definitely wanted this, as many authors do indeed have an official Support URI, as an optional meta field this never would have hurt those that don't.

It was never a give and take type proposal. It was something that would benefit say 50% of theme authors and have no effect whatsoever on the other 50%.

Granted, it's clear this idea was shot down and will never see the light of day again, this is merely an introspective conversation at this point since it came up again.
