[theme-reviewers] Suggestion for Theme Descriptions

Right, but it's no longer even available in the WP admin (you can verify
real quick), clearly something the 3.6 core team removed or simply
overlooked?

This all goes along with the new project to improve theme browsing which
for all intents and purposes is mostly a matter of simply duplicating what
the plugin repo is already doing correctly in my opinion. Not getting my
hopes up, but at least it's finally being discussed for improvement at the
official level.
