[theme-reviewers] Suggestion for Theme Descriptions

I get the feeling that not many theme authors are actually aware that you
can use some limited HTML in descriptions. At least I was surprised to
learn that.

In any case, one thing that all descriptions suffer from is the lack of
paragraphs, making all descriptions hard to read walls of text.

I'd like to suggest that <p> and <br /> tags be added to the list of
allowed HTML for descriptions.
