[theme-reviewers] Author URI guidelines

Not that anything will change, but just to throw in my $0.02 anyways, I
feel only 2 things are important:

1. That it's not an unsafe or inappropriate website, spam, scam, etc.

2. That it's relevant to the theme. So if it's a theme built specifically
for realtors, linking to a realty site is relevant.

Anything else seems overtly subjective and should be recommended only.
