[theme-reviewers] Author URI guidelines

The hosting company link does not contain any SEO/spam related content and
it provides a list of few dozen themes built by it's staff. I don't get it,
especially when there are themes in the repo leading to random company
sites that are no web shops.

I personally don't mind it at all and I actually find theme shops with the
word "theme" in a link way more disturbing, even if I think that everyone
should get some credit for spending time to release something for free for
the community.
