[theme-reviewers] Github usage

Hi!
How far do we allow the usage of github pages?
 
I'm thinking it's ok for theme URI and author URI, (as long as there is actual related content)
but that it's not OK to encourage the user to download the theme from github in the themes read me files etc,
 since that version of the theme might not have been approved.
