[theme-reviewers] Which options framework to use?

Hi Theme Reviewing Team!

we're planning to build a new theme for the WP Theme Repository and think
about using an options framework.

Now I want to know if the framework below would be accepted from the
reviewers.

** I'm not talking about the theme, just the options-framework! **

I tested it with Theme Check and didn't find any issues in the framework.

Would be happy to get an answer, or alternative ideas.
