[theme-reviewers] Copyright notice in functions.php?

That is the Modified BSD license, which is compatible with the GPL:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ModifiedBSD

Also, you must retain copyright notices, even with the GPL. Licenses are 
meant to protect your copyright.
