[theme-reviewers] theme re-submitted

Sorry to bother again. I re-submitted my theme, theme was rejected and the
new ticket was closed.

I posted a comment explaining why we chose to not do a child theme.

Since the ticket is closed is someone gonna read the comment I posted or I
have to resubmit. I am getting confused. Sorry about that.
