[theme-reviewers] Forgotten Ticket

That's the very point. This reviewer appears to be MIA as themes after 
my theme submission appear to be getting reviewed. I have asked them to 
unassign themselves if they're unable to review the theme. If they do 
not respond can an admin please unassign them so the ticket goes back 
into the pool for someone else to review?
