[theme-reviewers] Newlines added to themes/plugins in the repo

I used to see it a lot in the past, its been a year or more since the last
instance ... it came down to an obscure setting in my IDE of choice at the
time.
The fix (there was probably a better one) was to brute force delete all the
extra carriage returns (*hint, hint* maybe?)
