I've made the edit. I suggested this text:

"Themes are REQUIRED to spell "WordPress" correctly in all public facing
text: all one word, with both an uppercase W and P."

instead of what was there previously:

"Themes must use the correct case when spelling WordPress in public facing
text, especially such places as the theme description. Please note the
correct case is to use a capital *W* *and* a capital *P*. Misspelling
WordPress may result in the the theme being "not-approved" until the
correct spelling of WordPress has been addressed by the author."
