[theme-reviewers] Already Approved Theme Updated & Approved. How to get it Live.

Hello,

I had updated the Dzonia Lite Theme to v1.6. The Theme update had been
approved. However, its not Live on the Wordpress.org frontend. Its still
older version on Wordpress.org

Can you please look into and update the Theme on Wordpress.org as well.
