[theme-reviewers] Need Help

ThemeForest themes are sold with *dual licensing* - this is the license.txt
file content that's packaged with each TF theme:

*This WordPress theme is comprised of two parts: (1) The PHP code is

Even without ThemeForest's proprietary licensing, in practice ThemeForest
themes are rarely 100% GPL-compatible, as images, CSS, and JavaScript
libraries are not required to be licensed under GPL-compatible licensed.

Whether it's acceptable for a wordpress.org theme author to
offer/promote/link to ThemeForest themes on his Author URI I cannot say.

Thoughts?
