[theme-reviewers] Please make my theme live

I understand its a voluntary process and everyone has something else
to do. I am not complaining either, just suggesting if we could make
this easier for theme developers. As I said, I will just
email/recommend others to email as soon as its approved so they don't
have to wait X days.
