[theme-reviewers] Please make my theme live

Yeah, I guess that the work required to set up an automated system
wouldn't really be worth it. From what I understand, there's only an
extra step involved when the reviewer is a "reviewer in training".

I'm patient though :) I'll just ask again in a couple days if no one
can push my theme right now.
