[theme-reviewers] Duplicate Theme Name

As other people pointed out, the "oneC" name is already taken.

I'd prefer you choose a new name rather than take over an old one. I
mean, I can give you the name, but I'm reluctant to do that, even for
a 4 year old unsupported theme. Having your own original name is
better.
