If you sent your email longer ago than 30 days, then your email was
not received. The themes system has undergone a bit of an overhaul
recently, and emails prior to that were lost. A new system has been
put in place to manage future emails to that address.

Please email themes at wordpress.org again. The theme-reviewers list is
not the right place to discuss commercial themes at this time.
